The Comparative Study on Elasticity of Traffic Congestion Delay Cost in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou

This paper proposes the traffic congestion delay cost elasticity concept based on elastic theory, and analyzes relationship between other influence factors, these factors are: city scale, urban facilities, public transport, automobile volume, road accidents, exhaust transportation energy consumption. In this paper, according to data about Beijing, Shanghai Guangzhou from 2016 2017, quantitatively study of was conducted, relevant comparison analysis are made. After that, we put forward countermeasures suggestions alleviate congestion.
